- 5 buah cabe rawit hijau

- Kecap manis secukupnya
- Cara Membuat:
- Potong cabe rawit hijau, cabe merah, tomat, dan bawang merah.

- Jadi deh sambal kecapnya.
- SAMBAL IJO
- Bahan Yang di gunakan:
- 100 gram cabe hijau
- 3 buah tomat hijau
- 4 butir bawang merah
- 2 siung bawang putih
- Garam secukupnya
- Gula secukupnya
- Minyak goreng
- Cara Membuat :
- Rebus cabe hijau, tomat hijau yang sudah dipotong jadi dua, bawang merah, dan bawang putih. Merebusnya sampai semua bahan jadi layu ya dan warna cabe hijaunya sudah berubah.
- Setelah berubah warna, angkat dan tiriskan.
- Ulek bahan yang sudah direbus tadi bersama dengan garam dan gula secukupnya. Usahakan sampai semua tercampur dan menjadi halus.

Bahan bahan :

- 6 butir telur
- 125 gram gula pasir
- 1 ½ sendok teh emulsifier (SP/TBM)
- 125 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
- 15 gram susu bubuk
- ½ sendok teh baking powder
- 125 gram margarin, dilelehkan
- 400 gram buttercream untuk olesan
- 100 ml susu cair
- 250 gram cokelat masak pekat, dipotong-potong
- 100 gram kacang madu, dicincang halus
- 100 ml susu cair
- 1 sendok makan madu
- 200 gram cokelat masak pekat, dipotong-potong
- Whipped Cream
- 2 sendok makan gula pasir
- 2 sendok makan air hangat
- 1 sendok makan esens rhum
- Kocok telur, gula pasir, dan emulsifier sampai mengembang.

- Masukkan potongan cokelat masak pekat.
- Aduk sampai cokelat larut.
- Tambahkan kacang madu, aduk rata, dinginkan dan kocok rata.
- Belah 3 cake lalu ambil selembar cake.
- Oles dengan bahan sirup dan Oles dengan bahan isi.
- Tutup lagi dengan cake yang lain.
- Selanjutnya tutup cake dengan butter cream.
- Lalu garis sisinya dengan penggaris segitiga dan dinginkan.
- Panaskan susu cair dan madu
- Masukkan potongan cokelat masak pekat.
- Aduk sampai cokelat larut.
- Tuang diatas cake sampai ke sisinya secara tidak rata.
- Dinginkan dan hias dengan buah-buahan.
