  • Kecap manis secukupnya
Setelah semua bahan kamu siapkan, kemudian lakukan langkah-langkah berikut ini:

  3. Campur semua bahan yang sudah dipotong kecil tadi ke dalam mangkuk.
  4. Tambahkan kecap manis sesuai selera.

  • Bahan Yang di gunakan:

  • 100 gram cabe hijau
  • 3 buah tomat hijau
  • 4 butir bawang merah
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • Garam secukupnya
  • Gula secukupnya
  • Minyak goreng
Setelah bahannya siap, selanjutnya kamu ikuti langkah-langkah berikut ini:



  1. Cara Membuat :

  • 1 buat tomat merah, yang sudah dibuang bijinya dan dipotong kotak
  • 1 sdt garam
  • ¾ sdt gula pasir
  • 1 sdt air jeruk nipis
  • 5 sdm minyak goreng, panaskan

    Bahan Tart :
    • 6 butir telur
    • 125 gram gula pasir
    • 1 ½ sendok teh emulsifier (SP/TBM)
    • 125 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
    • 15 gram susu bubuk
    • ½ sendok teh baking powder
    • 125 gram margarin, dilelehkan
    • 400 gram buttercream untuk olesan
    Bahan Isi :
    • 100 ml susu cair
    • 250 gram cokelat masak pekat, dipotong-potong
    • 100 gram kacang madu, dicincang halus
    Bahan Toping :
    • 100 ml susu cair
    • 1 sendok makan madu
    • 200 gram cokelat masak pekat, dipotong-potong
    • Whipped Cream
    Bahan sirup (aduk rata) :
    • 2 sendok makan gula pasir
    • 2 sendok makan air hangat
    • 1 sendok makan esens rhum

    Cara Membuat Cake :
    1. Kocok telur, gula pasir, dan emulsifier sampai mengembang.
    2. Tambahkan tepung terigu, cokelat bubuk, susu bubuk, dan baking powder sambil diayak dan diaduk rata.

      Bahan Kulit Kue Pie Susu krim buah :
      •     300 gram tepung terigu

      •     75 gram gula halus
      •     2 butir kuning telur

      Bahan Krim / vla Pie Buah spesial :

      •     175 gram gula pasir
      •     40 gram tepung terigu
      •     50 gram tepung maizena
      •     750 ml susu segar
      •     7 butir kuning telur
      •     1 1/2  batang vanili
      •     1 1/2 sendok teh perasan vanili
      •     1 1/2 sendok teh rhum

      • tuang adonan kedalam loyang ukuran 25 cm yang sudah dioles mentega dan ditaburi tepung terigu supaya tidak lengket
      • panggang dalam oven selama 30 menit atau sampai matang dan berwarna kecoklatan
      • keluarkan dari oven lalu bolu panggang siap disajikan
