Cara Membuat Telur Dadar Padang Tebal Enak

Bahan yang digunakan :
  • 4 butir telur ayam
  • 1 sendok makan tepung beras
  • 2 sendok makan kelapa parut
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam dapur
  • 1/2 sendok teh lada bubuk
  • 1/2 sendok teh ketumbar bubuk
  • 3 butir bawang merah ( haluskan )
  • 3 siung bawang putih ( haluskan )
  • 1 batang daun bawang ( iris – iris )
  • 2 batang daun seledri ( iris – iris )
  • 1 buah cabai merah ( iris – iris )
  1. Pertama masukan telur ayam, tepung beras dan kelap parut dalam satu wadah kemudian cokok sampai benar – benar tercampur rata.
  2. Selanjutnya tambahkan garam dapur, lada bubuk dan ketumabar aduk – aduk hingga merata.
  3. Kemudian masukan bumbu yang telah dihaluskan dan bumbu yang telah diiris – iris aduk kembali hingga benar – benar rata.
