DONAT KENTANG YANG EMBUK DAN LEMBUT






Bahan Bahan

  • 500 gram tepung terigu protein tinggi
  • 200 gram kentang (dikukus terlebih dahulu, kemudian haluskan dan dinginkan)
  • 75 gram mentega
  • 11 gram ragi instan
  • 50 gram susu bubuk
  • 100 gram gula kastor
  • 1/4 sdt garam
  • 4 kuning telur
  • 100 ml air dingin


Langkan-Langkah Membuat

  1. Campurkan tepung terigu, gula halus, susu bubuk dan ragi. Aduk adonan hingga rata.
  2. Masukkan kuning telur dan kentang yang sudah dihaluskan. Tuangkan air dingin sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni hingga adonan menjadi kalis.
  3. Tambahkan mentega dan garam sambil diuleni hingga adonan menjadi elastis dan kalis. Diamkan adonan donat selama kurang lebih 20-30 menit. Gunakan serbet lembab untuk menutupi adonan donat kentang. Fungsinya adalah agar adonan donat tidak menjadi kering.
  4. Setelah itu, kempiskan adonan dan bentuk adonan menjadi bentuk donat. Atau bisa juga dengan menggunakan cetakan donat Resep Donat Kentang Empuk, Lembut, Dan Enak
  5. Setelah dibentuk, diamkan selama kurang lebih 20-30 menit.

  • Kentang benar-benar harus ditumbuk sampai halus agar adonan donat cepat menjadi licin.
  • Kentang halus baru boleh dimasukkan ke adonan setelah kentang benar-benar sudah dingin. Apabila kentang dalam keadaan masih panas dan dimasukkan adonan, bisa mengakibatkan ragi mati dan tidak berfungsi.
