CARA MEMBUAT MINUMAN SEGAR DI RUMAH DENGAN MUDAH DAN ENAK

ES MELON NATA DECOCO



Bahan bahan :

  • 500 gr Buah melon yang berwarna hijau serut kasar kasar
  • 500 gr melon berwarna orange juga diserut kasar kasar
  • 100 gr nata decoco
  • 2 sendok makan selasih kemudian rendam dalam air terlebih dahulu
  • Sirup rasa melon secukupnya
  • Susu kental manis yang berwarna putih
  • Es serut secukupnya





Cara membuat :

  • Pesiapkan mangkuk/ gelas saji terlebih dahulu
  • Kemudian beri beberapa sendok serutan buah melon yang berwarna hijau serta orange kedalam gelas
  • Tambahkan nata decoco juga biji selasih yang telah mengembang tadi
  • Kemudian tambahkan juga es batu yang telah diserut terlebih dahulu atau bisa juga menggunakan es batunya langsung
  • Tuangkan sirup melon juga susu kental manis diatas es serut, banyaknya disesuaikan selera apabila suka manis bisa beri sedikit agak banyak atau jika suka rasa es yang sedang bisa tambahkan secukupnya saja.
  • Es melon nata de coco siap disajikan.

Resep Kue Ulang Tahun ( Kue Tart )

Bahan Tart :
  • 6 butir telur
  • 125 gram gula pasir
  • 1 ½ sendok teh emulsifier (SP/TBM)
  • 125 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
  • 15 gram susu bubuk
  • ½ sendok teh baking powder
  • 125 gram margarin, dilelehkan
  • 400 gram buttercream untuk olesan
Bahan Isi :
  • 100 ml susu cair
  • 250 gram cokelat masak pekat, dipotong-potong
  • 100 gram kacang madu, dicincang halus
Bahan Toping :
  • 100 ml susu cair
  • 1 sendok makan madu
  • 200 gram cokelat masak pekat, dipotong-potong
  • Whipped Cream
Bahan sirup (aduk rata) :
  • 2 sendok makan gula pasir
  • 2 sendok makan air hangat
  • 1 sendok makan esens rhum

Cara Membuat Cake :
  1. Kocok telur, gula pasir, dan emulsifier sampai mengembang.
  2. Tambahkan tepung terigu, cokelat bubuk, susu bubuk, dan baking powder sambil diayak dan diaduk rata.
  3. Masukkan margarin leleh dan cokelat pasta sedikit sedikit sambil diaduk perlahan.
  4. Tuang di loyang diameter 22 cm, tinggi 7 cm yang dioles margarin dan dialas kertas roti.
  5. Oven 35 menit dengan suhu 180 derajat celcius sampai matang.
Cara Membuat Isi :
  1. Panaskan susu cair, setelah itu matikan terlebih dahulu api.
  2. Masukkan potongan cokelat masak pekat.
  3. Aduk sampai cokelat larut.
  4. Tambahkan kacang madu, aduk rata, dinginkan dan kocok rata.
  5. Belah 3 cake lalu ambil selembar cake.
  6. Oles dengan bahan sirup dan Oles dengan bahan isi.
  7. Tutup lagi dengan cake yang lain.
  8. Selanjutnya tutup cake dengan butter cream.
  9. Lalu garis sisinya dengan penggaris segitiga dan dinginkan.
Cara Membuat Toping :
  1. Panaskan susu cair dan madu
  2. Masukkan potongan cokelat masak pekat.
  3. Aduk sampai cokelat larut.
  4. Tuang diatas cake sampai ke sisinya secara tidak rata.
  5. Dinginkan dan hias dengan buah-buahan.
