Resep Kue Ulang Tahun ( Kue Tart ) 2016


Resep Kue Ulang Tahun ( Kue Tart )

Bahan Tart :
  • 6 butir telur
  • 125 gram gula pasir
  • 1 ½ sendok teh emulsifier (SP/TBM)
  • 125 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
  • 15 gram susu bubuk
  • ½ sendok teh baking powder
  • 125 gram margarin, dilelehkan
  • 400 gram buttercream untuk olesan
Bahan Isi :
  • 100 ml susu cair
  • 250 gram cokelat masak pekat, dipotong-potong
  • 100 gram kacang madu, dicincang halus
Bahan Toping :
  • 100 ml susu cair
  • 1 sendok makan madu
  • 200 gram cokelat masak pekat, dipotong-potong
  • Whipped Cream
Bahan sirup (aduk rata) :
  • 2 sendok makan gula pasir
  • 2 sendok makan air hangat
  • 1 sendok makan esens rhum

Cara Membuat Cake :
  1. Kocok telur, gula pasir, dan emulsifier sampai mengembang.
  2. Tambahkan tepung terigu, cokelat bubuk, susu bubuk, dan baking powder sambil diayak dan diaduk rata.
  3. Masukkan margarin leleh dan cokelat pasta sedikit sedikit sambil diaduk perlahan.
  4. Tuang di loyang diameter 22 cm, tinggi 7 cm yang dioles margarin dan dialas kertas roti.
  5. Oven 35 menit dengan suhu 180 derajat celcius sampai matang.
Cara Membuat Isi :
  1. Panaskan susu cair, setelah itu matikan terlebih dahulu api.
  2. Masukkan potongan cokelat masak pekat.
  3. Aduk sampai cokelat larut.
  4. Tambahkan kacang madu, aduk rata, dinginkan dan kocok rata.
  5. Belah 3 cake lalu ambil selembar cake.
  6. Oles dengan bahan sirup dan Oles dengan bahan isi.
  7. Tutup lagi dengan cake yang lain.
  8. Selanjutnya tutup cake dengan butter cream.
  9. Lalu garis sisinya dengan penggaris segitiga dan dinginkan.
Cara Membuat Toping :
  1. Panaskan susu cair dan madu
  2. Masukkan potongan cokelat masak pekat.
  3. Aduk sampai cokelat larut.
  4. Tuang diatas cake sampai ke sisinya secara tidak rata.
  5. Dinginkan dan hias dengan buah-buahan.

2 Resep Membuat Kue Kering yang renyah 2016



KUE KERING GULUNG VANILLA DILAPISI COKELAT
Bahan :
  • Cokelat Pasta 1/4 sdt
  • Baking Powder 1/2 Sdt
  • Susu Bubuk 10 gram
  • Maizena 15 gram
  • Tepung Terigu 150 gram
  • Pasta Vanilla 1/2 sdt
  • 1 Kuning Telur
  • Gula Tepung 75 gram
  • Garam 1/4 sdt
  • Blue Band Cake and Cookie 150 gram

Langkah :-Langkah Membuat
  1. Resep Kue Kering gulung vanilla berlapis cokelat bisa anda mulai dengan memasukan Gula Tepung, garam, kuning telur, pasta vanilla, Blue band cake and cookie kedalam satu adonan dan aduk hingga merata, kira-kira lamanya pengocokan hingga 2 menit sudah cukup halus, jika kurang kocok lagi hingga benar-benar lembut .
  2. Masukan baking powder, maizena, susu bubuk, dan tepung terigu kedalam wadah adonan tersebut dan lanjutkan pengadukannya . setelah itu pisahkan adonan menjadi dua bagian dan salah satu adonan anda tambahkan pasta cokelat .
  3. Anda bisa memulai menggiling atau menggepengkan adonan putihnya, dan pastinya adonan cokelat bisa mulai anda tuangkan diatasnya . Setelah itu anda bisa mulai menggulung maupun membentuknya sesuai keinginan anda, atau mungkin bisa meniru pada gambar yang tersedia. Dan setelah selesai pembentukan anda dapat membekukannya kedalam freezer kurang lebihnya 1 Jam.
  4. Tahap selanjutnya setelah proses pembekuan anda bisa memotong adonan dengan ketebalan sesuai keinginan, dianjurkan setebal 0.5 cm lalu masukan kedalam loyang yang sudah teroleskan margarin . Oven adonan pada suhu dibawah 140º cc kira-kira 35 menit. Jadilah Kue kering spesial yang siap saji .






KUE KERING HAVERMUT KEJU




Bahan :

  • Garam 1/2 sdt
  • baking powder 1/4 sdt
  • 1 butir telur
  • susu bubuk 15 gram
  • tepung maizena 20 gram
  • corn flakes 50 gram
  • havermut 50 gram
  • parutan keju 75 gram
  • margarin 150 gram
  • tepung terigu 150 gram

Langkah-Langkah Membuat :
  1. Untuk Resep Kue Kering ini bisa anda mulai dengan mengocok telur dan margarin kira-kira 30 detik hingga merata . masukan tepung maizena dan tepung terigu kedalamnya lalu ratakan pula menjadi satu adonan . Setelah anda rasa sudah merata bisa anda mulai memasukan keju, garam, dan corn flakes lalu ratakan pula pada adonan tersebut .
  2. Jika adonan sudah mulai mengental anda bisa memulai memisahkannya menggunakan sendok makan. 
  3. pisahkan adonan menggunakan sendok dan masukan kedalam loyang yang sudah terolesai dengan margarin . pada saat yang bersamaan anda bisa memberikan variasi dengan cara menusuk-nusuk adonan menggunakan garpu atau alat lainnya . 
  4. masukan pada oven dengan suhu 150º cc selama 30 menit kurang lebihnya . dan jadilah Kue Havermut Dengan Keju .
